Government of India recently announced National Recruitment Agency (NRA) which will benefit students by cutting down cost of filling different eligibility test/exam for different jobs. NRA will conduct common eligibility test (CET) which act as preliminary exam for non - technician post of Grade B&C. NRA will set up in New Delhi. Each district have its owns exam centre to help students and they will avoid travelling to other states.
CET can be given multiple times by students but with restricted age. Exception in age is also given to reserved category.
Now this CET will started only for SSC, Railway, IBPS post/jobs but with time this exam used for all departments.
This will benefit for students who cannot afford form filling fees for different jobs. And cut travelling cost also. Scores of CET will be applicable for 3 years. This exam will conducted at 3 levels - 10th level, 12th level and Graduation level and 2 times in year.
The criteria or score yet not set/fixed by department but the score of CET will act as filter to apply for different posts which greatly help students as will as recruitment agencies.
